Copy of your high school / Pre-university / university certificate and transcripts (one set in original language and second set in English translation if applicable).

International student registration and visa processing fee (EMGS Visa Application Fee) RM2,200 (non-refundable or transferable)
All payment must be paid in full before commencement of class.
Upon receiving your application, documents and fees, SLC will send you the Letter of Offer and SLC will submit student’s visa application to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) to process visa approval letter (eVAL).
When SLC receive the Malaysian Immigration approval (approx. 1 month), SLC will send a notification to inform student on visa approval. Student is required to apply for an entry visa from the Malaysian Embassy in their respective country (if necessary).
Student MUST inform SLC of their arrival details and accommodation requirement (AT LEAST ONE WEEK before arrival date). SLC staff will assist student to get immigration clearance at airport.
To report at International Office, SLC within 3 days upon arrival.
Once the student arrives in Malaysia, within 7 working days students have to attend medical screening at EMGS approved panel clinics.
To submit passport to SLC International Office for endorsement of student pass.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
At SLC – Pusat Bahasa Istimewa, we are committed to transparent and fair practices for all students. Please read our refund terms carefully before registering.
International Student Processing Fee
A compulsory International Student Processing Fee (EMGS Student Visa Application Fee) applies to all non-Malaysian passport holders.
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
It does not include any fees charged by the Malaysian Immigration Department.
Tuition Fee Refund
Students who formally withdraw or defer within 7 days from the date of registration or before submission to EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services) are eligible for a 50% refund of the tuition fee.
No refund will be provided if the withdrawal or deferral is made: - After 7 days from the registration date, or - After submission to EMGS.
Non-Refundable in Cases of Expulsion
Students expelled due to misconduct, forged documents, drug use, or violence will not receive any refund of fees paid.
Such behavior is subject to reporting to the Malaysian authorities.
Refund of Personal Bond
The Personal Bond is refundable based on immigration guidelines and the student’s country of origin.
Refunds will only be processed once: - All obligations to SLC Malaysia are fulfilled, and - A valid Check-Out Memo (COM) is submitted.
